i almost thought i’d have a nice stay until i realized my key code didn’t work for 30 minutes while i waited outside with my elderly mother. additionally, the checking-in process was a nightmare. it would’ve been so nice to feel a lil' pampered, but alas, i guess that’s too much to ask for these days. absoluteley disappointing.

The check-in procedure was efficient and straightforward.
The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, causing significant pain each night of our stay. Additionally, we experienced issues with the patio door, which did not lock properly, making us feel insecure. Coupled with a disturbing noise from helicopters every hour throughout the night, it was hard to enjoy our time here.

The apartment had a clean and high-end feel that made our family feel right at home. We were excited to explore the nearby attractions, especially the Old Town Waterfront and the historical sites like the Lyceum. Despite some confusion during the check-in process, the spaciousness of the apartment and the amenities provided, like a nice gym, made up for it. The laundry facilities were also a huge plus for us during our longer stay.
